WORLD MALBEC DAY DINNER
Friday, April 12, 2024
World Malbec Day celebrates one of the greatest varietals grown in Idaho. Similar to Argentina, Idaho grows Malbec in high-elevation vineyards, and the dry summer climate brings forth both fruit and acidity that Malbec is known for. Chef Nate Linskoog of the Tower Grill will prepare a four-course traditional Argentinian dinner over flame (a la llama o al asador) with each course paired with a Huston Vineyards wine. Be the first to experience the 2022 vintage of Malbec along-side our 2021. Each growing season brings unique nuances of this varietal. Enjoy beautiful acoustical guitar music by Steve Fults on a delightful Spring evening of great wine, great food, great friends…the best of times!
General Admission Tickets $100/person, club $95/person
