Christmas Tree Lighting & Shop Small Saturday

The Nampa Farmer’s Market will hold the Winter Wonderland Market from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Lloyd Square. https://nampafarmersmarket.com/event/santa-saturday/

Free carriage rides (thanks to event sponsors and the Business Improvement District’s support) in front of Nampa Train Depot:
12 noon – 1 p.m. for guests with special needs
1-4 p.m. general admission

Sign up near the tree at the NW corner of Front and 12th Ave; first come, first serve. Sign-ups begin at 11:30 a.m. for those with special needs and 12:30 for all others.

Mrs. Claus will be reading at the Nampa Public Library from 1-1:30 p.m. There will be free parking in the downtown parking garage located next to the Nampa Public Library all day thanks to the Nampa Development Corporation.

The tree lighting entertainment will begin at 5:00 p.m. and the tree lighting at 6 p.m.

The Salvation Army will be hosting “The Battle of the Bells” to raise money for the local charity. The Salvation Army volunteers will also be distributing free hot chocolate thanks to our sponsors, and angel tree tags will be on the tree for the community to take and support a child or family in need.

The community is also encouraged to support the downtown restaurants following the tree lighting.
